Responsibilities/ Key Tasks
– Manage internal client relationship:
– IT Outsourcing and Manufacturing will usually be an experienced worker with technical expertise coupled with functional an understanding of business and management principles.
– Liaising with and ensuring coordination between outsourcing managers including Production, Warehouse, Quality.
– Understanding problems, identifying operational requirements and opportunities for improvement, and developing new processes and procedures to enhance operations.
– Ensuring that the procedures and processes are properly followed by the employees and delivering training to them where needed.
– Project collaboration:
– Lead operations projects regarding Outsourcing, Quality and Warehouses processes.
– Ensuring that our SAP-based operations processes and procedures are properly followed across the project.
– Manage incidents / changes in Service Now:
– Control of all incidents in the own area, leading initiatives to maintain SLA according to department objectives.
– Monitoring and addressing issues when they arise whilst identifying the root causes for them.
– Participate in Service Desk changes in the own area to control priority aging and quality of them.
– Minimum of 5 years of expertise defining and delivering new IT tools to manage the following Procurement and Quality processes with their SAP modules:
– MRP Planification Management
– Procurement and Outsourcing Management
– Stocks Inventory control and needs monitoring
– Quality in Subcontractors
– External Manufacturing
– Warehouse operations
– Stock movements (deliveries, consumptions, and receptions)
– Reporting and Data Management
Education:
– Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or similar
Languages:
– Excellent level of English. French appreciated. Spanish is an asset.
Competencies:
– Desire to work in an Information Systems environment.
– Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
– Excellent leadership and management skills.
– Proactivity and willingness to interact frequently with operations employees
– Solid time management skills
Specific Knowledge required:
– Good Knowledge of SAP-MM-QM-WM Data Model, from both functional and technical points of view. And SAP-LE basic knowledge would be a plus.
– ABAP and debugger notions it´s a must
