Multinational company (end client) is looking a SAP Basis Administrator (Madrid)
As member of the SAP Competence Center team you will be working in a team of highly technical experts and mainly responsible for the delivery, availability and expansion of the SAP System Landscape of the organization.
Your tasks:
Ensure high availability of the in house SAP Solutions
Maintain, Develop and coordinate processes with the external service provider
Independently install, manage and maintain the in house SAP systems together with the external service provider
Manage system authorizations, security, and Change requests and execute the related audit controls using SAP GRC (EAM, BRM, ARA and ARM) and CUA tools.
Implement patches and OSS notes.
Performance tuning, monitoring, troubleshooting, automation of routine maintenance tasks
Configure, monitor interfaces with surrounding systems such as printing, ALE, RFC connections
Provide support and advisory services to the SAP Functional consultants as well as to business users
Experience with solution manager (chaRM, System monitoring, SAP Services)
Basic ABAP / SQL knowledge
Your profile:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration Tasks: transport system, authorizations, job scheduling, troubleshooting, performance tuning, patches and OSS notes application
Deep technical understanding of technical parameterization and configuration with SAP AS ABAP Stack and good skills with the Java Stack on a range of SAP software components (ideally ECC, BW/BI/BO, SOLUTION MANAGER, HANA);
Experience with DB2 and HANA DB
Experience with Fiori, S/4HANA with Central Finance and SAP BTP is an asset.
Working knowledge of Linux (ideally experience with SUSE Linux Enterprise)
Strong skills in systems installations, migrations/transformations and system/client copies
Experience with SAP System Upgrades
Experience with Solution Manager
Able to write and maintain the technical and support documentation related to the developed solutions
