Role specific activities (what is expected of you as an employee)
– Development or enhancements of applications through configuration, Apex or Visualforce
– Develop Applications on the Salesforce Community, Service Cloud and/or B2B Commerce Lightning
– Gather and document requirements in an agile way
– Design and estimation of implementation efforts
– Ability to understand business & IT department requirements, translate those business needs into a compelling solution and present recommendations to executive and technical audiences.
– Build and present customized demos highlighting technical capabilities and innovation available on the Salesforce platform.
Required (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience)
– Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in Computer science, Software Engineering or comparable from an accredited college or university is required
– Certifications: Salesforce App Builder, Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer I
– Minimum 3+ years´ experience in working as Software Developer
– experience in agile Software development
– experience in Cloud technologies
– Experiences in working in global / virtual teams/projects
– Technical skills:
– 2 years or more experience with Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and the salesforce.com APIs
– Salesforce technology, application development, infrastructure, security and integration capabilities
– Salesforce Customization
– Apex or Visualforce
– JavaScript
Nice to have (Education, Additional Qualifications and experience)
– Certification: Salesforce Developer II
– Knowledge of application lifecycle, change/release management process
– Knowledge of Angular, TypeScript, AWS, Graph databases
– Test automation
– know how in Kafka, Docker, GIT, Elasticsearch, CI/CD and other technologies
– IT-Security knowledge
– Knowledge of the Atlassian tool-stack
– GDPR / CCPA / LGPD (& other legal requirements) Knowledge and ability to design and implement compliant marketing processes
– Continuous Improvement of (micro) conversions by applying A/B tests, interpretation of customer feedback/behavior to adapt campaigns and reacting to market requirements
– Ability to work efficiently under pressure on non-routine and highly complex tasks.
– Ability to work in a multicultural team spread across the globe.
