Your new role¡.
Provide expertise in SFDC solutions to optimize processes and systems as Customer Success Lead focus on Marketing and HCP lines.
Reengineering and optimization of business processes in SFDC system. Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in business processes in the area of responsibility.
Configure and test to execute features, integration, and reporting in SFDC.
Create and validate functional business requirements against business needs. Translate the needs of business and articulate the functional requirements and design to meet requirements
Identify root causes and provide guidance to IT including perform complex root cause analysis and troubleshoot business processes including testing and researching data integrity/accuracy in SFDC.
Serve as liaison between IT team and stakeholders in the area of responsibility.
Provide design and architecture guidance to project teams to execute tactical projects / initiatives
Provide leadership and guidance to SFDC administrators on best practices and new features.
Provide platform guidance to team members on SFDC solutions
Identify and recommend innovations that significantly enhance efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in SFDC.
Your skills and experience¡
Education and Experience:
Bachelor´s Degree in related field , minimum of 5 years of experience required
Their SFDC is Sales Cloud, but thanks to the fact we do have the highest Sales Cloud they do have a lot of Service Cloud features available, so Experience on it is required.
Deep SFDC knowledge as user, Administrator and Customer Success Lead role required
Stay current with latest SFDC platform features
Proven successful project management skills
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Extensive knowledge in at least discipline (e.g. Analysis, Requirements, Design and development, etc.)
Substantial technical knowledge in SFDC.
Extensive knowledge of platform ecosystem and integration points within CRM
Strict attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Represents leadership on sections of projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and team
Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
