We are looking for a RF Support 5G to continue growing.
What are the requirements?
Minimum three years of experience
RF advance knowledge (OTA, calibration procedures, system compensation)
5G technology knowledge (or 4G/3G knowledge)
3GPP test specs handling and understanding
Flexibility to travel abroad
English C1
What are the functions?
Customer and 1st line support for DA solutions (by email, phone, remote and onsite support when possible).
DA solutions deployment remote support
Liaise with 3rd line for issues resolution
Establishing the root causes of application errors, and escalating serious concerns
Documenting processes and monitoring application performance metrics.
Providing front-end support to customers and colleagues in other departments/locations.
Help maintaining internal CS website
