Descripción: Geprost need to contract 3 resources with the following profile:
1.-ONE PERSON RAN technical or engineering design with the following Knoledge& Skill:
a)Familiar with local engineering design and implementation process and IT system.
b) Good team work and can achieve the target under pressure.
c) Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer technology or a related technical field.
Responsibilities:
1. Establish site survey & design work process and output document template matched with customer requirement.
2. Propose radio network site solution/LLD and get approval from customer.
3. Manage and support design partner to achieve target.
4. Control the progress and quality of TSS and design.

TWO JD of the RF Planning Consultant with the following Knoledge&Skill:
a) Have 2/3/4G radio network planning experience, have experience for coverage estimation, capacity analysis and radio parameter planning.
b) Have radio network planning experiences for swap/new sites/expansion/refarming.
c) Be able to use common radio network planning tools, such as google earth, mapinfo, simulation software(Xirio/Atoll/planet) and so on.
d) Be able to communicate in English.
JD for Site Engineer:
A) Responsible for managing the engineering delivery including the construction progress, risks and cost, and cooperating with the quality manager to ensure the engineering quality.
B) Responsible for formulating the construction rolling plan based on the project milestones, and modifying the plan accordingly to ensure the construction comply with the schedule.
C) Responsible for communicating with sub-teams of the project to ensure sub-plans match the engineering plan.
D) Responsible for assessing the performance of the directly managed engineering teams, and supervising the outsourcing implementation to ensure the efficient and successful project execution.
E) Responsible for supervising and managing the engineering team (including subcontractors) to comply with regulations of the flow during engineering construction, so as to ensure engineering quality meets the acceptance requirements in the contract.
F) Responsible for submitting project engineering progress reports and major issue reports in time, and leading the output of the engineering implementation documents.
G) Responsible for managing change of the engineering workload.
2JOB REQUIREMENTS
1Technical Skills:
Familiar with wireless 2 Familiar with the project management .
Familiar with the basic knowledge of communication network technology, have good writing and oral communication skills, excellent communication skills;
2General Skills/ Duties:
Degree in Electronics Telecom (Engineer is preferred).
More than 2 years of experience in telecom industry.
Good english communication ability.
Able to travel on business.
