From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Release and Change Manager
Project Duration: Stable
Work mode: Full remote.
Location: Madrid.
Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.
Salary: 38.000 – 46.000 € b/a
* Change and Release Manager (+3 years’ experience), skilled in understanding change processes and assessing associated change items.
* An interest in problem-solving and tackling challenges is essential for this position. Learning by doing and not being afraid to make mistakes, while delivering usable solutions, will make you successful in this job.
* Knowledge of areas of the Financial Industry will be a plus, preferably in the Payments area.
* Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – C1.
Responsibilities:
* You will be a key actor in the implementation of our Release and Change Management function
* As the Change and Release Manager, you will lead and assist all teams in the deployment of components to Production
* The Change and Release manager is responsible for chairing the daily Change Meeting, and ensuring all change is managed, approved and scheduled in the correct way using the appropriate governance approach.
* You will be responsible for the weekly reporting of Release Management Information providing insight into the deployment activity and associated success/failure rates, both inside the reporting period and identifying long term trends and patterns of behavior.
* Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire process.
* Identify and follow up on areas for improvement in processes, tools and methodology.
