The R+D+I manager will lead the human team (5 engineers) in charge of the design, modification, improvement and validation of different parts of the existing equipment and new designs.
The R+D+I team also will support the Production and other departments.
Product road-map planning, task prioritization, execution and resources allocation.
Analysis, design, modification and manipulation of both digital and analog electronic circuits.

Bachelor´s or master´s degree in Power Electronics, Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
More than 5 years of experience in team leadership and project management.
Experience in RandD electronics.
High level of spoken and written English.
