From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a QA Specialist
Project Duration: Stable
Work mode: Full remote.
Location: Madrid.
Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.
Experience:
* At least 3 years of experiencie.
* QA roles within technology teams focused on meeting established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience
* Design and development work in QA management systems and tools
* Involvement in the overall review and execution of manual and automated testing plans and procedures
* Analysis of requiremetns and creation of test plans, test cases and test documentation
* Automation of test procedures
* Contact Centres, IVRs, telephony and agent desktop solutions
* Working in an Agile squads with a team of developers, engineers and tech leads
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – C1.
