-Very structured, organized and proactive person with proven experience and skills on independently leading end-2end program/projects and driving multiple medium complexity projects and/or manage program portfolio of project dealing with multiple and diverse sets of sponsors, stakeholders and team members to ensure program/project objectives/outcomes are accomplished with the maximum effectiveness.
a. Ability to break up a complex problem into actionable and easy to understand solutions.
b. Able to function well within ambiguity and in a constantly changing environment.
-Previous experience being part of strategy processes would be a plus. Things like for instance experience preparing materials for executive presentations or experience helping research data for specific topics to support the materials.
