We are looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team!
The PMO Analyst role is to provide administrative support to the BPT PMO function and the Portfolio Governance Lead in order to efficiently and effectively deliver PPM to agreed internal standards, policies and processes.

Job Purpose:
The PMO Analyst will support the Portfolio Governance Lead in the management of idea, demand, and project requests throughout the PPM lifecycle, adhering to core governance processes.
Assist the PMO Governance Lead in identifying process improvement and optimization activities to deliver better governance standards and customer service to the Business Process Transformation.
The PMO Analyst will also lead on the creation and provision of critical management information reports, to the PPM Committee governance forum which provides approval for new project requests

Requirements:
Good communicator with the ability to provide help and support for all BPT colleagues based across the company countries.
Expert in production of reports and information using tools such as MS PowerPoint
English advanced

Desirable Requirements:

Highly organized and the ability to multi-task Proactive and “can do” attitude
Understands the bigger picture and ensures they understand the rationale for activities so that they can challenge unvaluable requests where appropriate
Desirable experience in using ServiceNow PPM and reporting modules

Key Functions:

Management of the process through which the demand from the Annual Business Plan authorized for the execution of the project is reviewed and approved according to the size and complexity, and budget availability.

Evaluate the ideas and demands in the different tolls according to predetermined criteria Manage approvals, responsible for communication to business partners

Daily review of applications at the end of the demand phase (status of the PPM Committee) and analysis of the information registered in the ticket

Ability to analyze the information to be presented or not. Make sure all claims have the required documentation as the project progresses.

Daily management of the demand and project requests to update the approval backlog for review by the Portfolio Governance Lead.

Working with the Business Partners to gather all the information needed.

Make a first review of all business cases attached to the budget and reports following an existing business case, review checklist. Ensure that high-quality information is sent to BPT teams and inform process improvement opportunities
