* Graduate level of studies in Computer Science or related subjects
* Good understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices
* Good understanding of relational database systems (RDBMS) and technologies
* Minimum 5 years of experience in eBusiness Suite software development
* Extensive knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite development tools and technologies (Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle Applications Framework, Oracle XML Gateway and Oracle Workflow)
* Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle eBusiness Suite data models
* Extensive knowledge of the main Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 modules, both functional and technical
* Demonstrable experience in applying technical solutions to business challenges using Oracle eBusiness Suite
* Knowledge of other technologies (e.g. Unix/Linux, XML, Web services, SOA) and programming languages (Java, Bash shell scripting, etc.) a plus but not required
* Working knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) a bonus
* Good analytical and problem-solving skills
* Organised, well structured, methodical and pragmatic
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to build trust, respect and confidentiality
* Subject/matter technical expert on Oracle eBusiness Suite
