HAYS Business Services is the Business Consulting Line of the HAYS Group. We are collaborating with one of the pharmaceutical industry´s top 10 companies and to this day remains family-owned.
Our client has created a Digital Hub, with facilities in Sant Cugat del Vallès, that will serve the entire group internationally.
We are looking for a LMS Consultant, to join the global projects.
Functions:
– Manage global, regional and local assignment process for business function(s) and R/OPU(s) in scope, supporting the LMS demands
– Maintain current LOS landscape for HPBU, global curricula, reports and HPBU training catalogue in alignment with the global mandatory training rules and processes defined
– Support the develop/maintenance of LMS business processes related to the outsourced model.
Requirements:
– Experience working in the field of learning administration with solid LMS knowledge, preferable SuccessFactors
– Ability to manage projects, multitask and work cross functional with key teams
– Previous experience with training on the use of applications and processes.
– Strong communicational (written and verbal)
– Interpersonal and intercultural skills
– Solid customer centric attitude
– Years of experience: 3-5 years
– High level of english
