We are looking for a:
– Engineering lead (Kotlin). Up to 70k (negotiable)
– Senior and Mid-Senior Developer (we will consider people with experience in Kotlin(ideally) or springboot (wanting to start learning Kotlin). 35-55k (according to experience)

Profile:
– Several years of experience in software engineering – ideally BE full stack and backend related topics and technologies, as well as machine learning or general data science topics
– Experience in technologies such as Kotlin,Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, cloudinfrastructure (eg Azure), TDD, CI/CD, Clean Code, Best practices, microservices, infrastructure-as-code (eg Terraform), GraphQL, TypeScript, modern frontend stack (eg Vue)¡
– Leadership experience of small – mid-sized projects or teams (starting from 2-3 employees) and ability to energize team on tech vision
– Product mindset and ability to speak with product leadership frequently and comprehensively
– Strong stakeholder management and alignment skills
– Experience working with agile, lean, test-driven and continuous delivery approaches
– Excellent communication (English is a must) and people skills
Responsabilities:
– Design, build, scale and maintain software solutions (Backend: Kotlin, Spring Boot, Postgres, Azure, Terraform, Python, Pandas and GraphQL / Frontend: TypeScript, Vue, Apollo Client)
– Drive integration with existing enterprise software landscape
– Organizational and technical management of the software engineering and data science team
– Provide technical leadership, guiding, growing and constantly developing team members
– Work closely and partner with product and design teams
– Drive improvements to data intelligence features
– Getting hands dirty by executing alongside the team if needed
– Foster a culture of continuous delivery and test-driven development
– Champion good agile practices that provide a foundation for iterative product development
– Staying up-to-date with current technologies
