Descripción: CCC is currently looking for a Database Administrator. This position can be located in Seville, or remote from any other city of Spain. Part of a global team. You will be working on many relational database technologies, such as Oracle, MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, as well as NoSQL and database technologies such as DynamoDB and MongoDB. This position requires a blend of technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing:
Provide the first level database administration support of production and non-production databases used for our customer facing as well as in house applications.
Respond and resolve database related tasks and alerts. Update clients and managements on the status of requests.
Monitor all production and non-production database environments on daily basis including database health, database performance, database backups, database jobs, database storage, etc. Resolve or escalate issues accordingly.
Participate in release meetings. Execute database related deployments.
Work closely with Sr. Database Administrator to implement complex database projects and/or conduct R&D research on advanced database technologies.
Review and create database related documents. Share knowledge to the test of DBA team.
Participate in on-call during non-business hours on a rotational basis.
