Descripción: Leading multinational company – end client – is looking for an IT Technician for their office in Madrid.
The IT Technician is responsible for operation, maintenance, in order to assure the right Network operations ,Business Applications functions and right user desktops functioning (provision of user devices , voz, data, Videoconference ,Meeting Rooms, WIFI ,GSM, Faxes, Printers – Multifunctions, Security and Structured Wiring Systems) and assure the SLA defined for each case
Knowledge Requirements
4 years of proven/current Microsoft and User support and administration work experience required for the following systems, Active Directory, Microsoft server and users platforms, security, SharePoint, SCCM, MDM,CMDB Systems, ServiceDesk Tools.
Management experience with third party services providers Candidate must have a deep understanding of the Business systems functionality and the devices used by the users. Experience performing Microsoft Windows and Vmware System installs, upgrades and operation Understanding of project methodologies, as well as ITIL
Fluent English
Solid IT infrastructures understanding. In depth knowledge of broad range of Microsoft User Desktop OS and Office Tools
