Descripción: HAYS IT is collaborating with a service financing company based in USA with more than 3000 collaborators around the world.
We are searching for a Project Manager to be responsible for managing the project with the intention to separate any and all IT services/components which are currently depending on one side of the company. She/he will coordinate the two parts of the company to ensure successful separation and transition to future state.
Your responsibilities will include:
– Participate in defining project scope, goals and deliverables
– Work together with internal DPC resources, Domtar Corporate IT and potential external resources to create schedule and project timeline
– Plan project resources
– Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to plan
– Track deliverables
– Monitor and report on project progress
– Plan and prepare project steering committee meetings together with Domtar PM
– Manage and follow up project budget
– Identify and manage project issues and risk
The ideal candidate:
– 10+ year experience of working with project management related to Infrastructure operations (Network, Server, UC, EUC, Cyber Security, Licensing etc)
– Extensive experience of IT carveout and separation initiatives related to divestitures.
– English Advanced (C1- C2)
– PMP, PMI or equivalent
– Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies
