Multinational company (end client) is looking an Infrastructure, Operations and Support Manager (Madrid)
Reporting to the Head of Global IT Infrastructure Services, the position is responsible the needs of end-user services from physical endpoints, OS and application delivery to identities and integration management.
You will be hands-on with significant Technical experience in ADFS, AD Connect, Foundation Services, Windows Clientand Server, SCCM, Intune, autopilot, 365, Windows Virtual Desktop.
Lead and be accountable for all aspects team, suppliers, infrastructure, operation, support and budget
Mature and evolve the services, technology and performance using both internal/external teams and suppliers
Hands-on System administration of AD Hybrid identities, SCCM, Intune, Windows OS, 365, end point hardware and required security and compliance.
Mature and transform the current Operational model to deliver global onsite, level 1 service desk and level 2 support competencies
Develop team members and skill competencies to ensure 24×7 support and performance Define, monitor, optimize and trouble shoot system performance of all Workplace associated system infrastructure
Define, maintain and monitor compliance to security and software policies for the business.
Office365 Enterprise Administrator Expert covering all elements of Office 365 including Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint.
Multi-domain Active Directory and Azure Active Directory Senior Administrator
SCCM Senior Administrator
End Point – OS and Patch Management, Hardware lifecycle management and Application Management
Modern Workplace Administrator Expert
Microsoft 365 Security Administrator Associate
Intune SCCM Administrator Expert
Microsoft Exchange Online
