Descripción: IT Infrastructure engineer will implement, troubleshoot and support infrastructure solutions like Virtualization, Clients , Identity ,Network, Storage , Databases , Backup , Terminalservices , Print , Video.
We seek a person that can assist with the following tasks for different systems within or infrastructure:
· Incidents and Service Requests
o Investigate, diagnose and resolve incidents and service requests
o Escalate incidents and service requests to other teams/departments
o Create and follow through change requests.
· Committing to User Satisfaction
o Keep the user informed/updated of the incident progress
o Publish system notifications, knowledge articles and other information to IT Servicedesk
· Monitoring of infrastructure
· System setup and management
· Produce documentation for internal IT user and for end users
· Attend to necessary training if necessary – both domestic and overseas
Degree within the IT field and experience with infrastructure systems.
o Relevant work experience within IT operations might compensate for lack of formal education.
