El perfil que buscamos es de un INGENIERO con experiencia en SOPORTE a FLOTAS.

Profile: Senior business Process specialist
General Scope: Fleet Support process expert
Description: The Fleet Support process expert will support the Engineering process team in the optimization of the current process.
Main tasks:
• Analyze of the current business processes with the aim of optimizing them.
• Responsible for deliver the standards and instructions documentation.
• Ensure alignment and involvement of all stakeholders and support tool deployment
• Supporting on joint process updates with other departments to establish interface to service technology especially securing consideration of construction requirements
• Gather and prioritize requirements from technology
• Support the Process owner in the sign-off and other business decisions needed
• Lead and manage the creation and updates of the user stories.
• Design and validate the implementation of the processes, ensuring that process definitions are followed by the executors.
• Support the Jira IT experts with designing and running Pre-UATs and UATs (base on the user histories)
• Propose process targets and monitor the process performance (PPIs)
• Support the creation of process training material and alignment with Instructions and Guides.
General Deliverables: Process deliverables: standards, instructions, flows; Implementation plans; User histories, PPis
Para poder llevar a cabo con éxito las tareas anteriomente indicadas, necesitarás tener los siguientes conocimientos;
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change
Demonstrable knowledge in the areas of Business Process Management and renewable sector (is a plus) (+5 years), ideally with Six Sigma certification (or similar)
Have a Bachelor or master’s in engineering or another technical background,
More than 5 years in process definition and digital optimization
Solid technical competencies on customer support processes
SW needed: Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or others ticketing, and knowledge base application will be a plus.
Other requirements:
• Customer oriented, self-motivated, proactive and with positive thinking and focused on results and execution, with demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands to meet deadlines.
• Good on stablishing formal as well as informal networks
• Good communication on all levels of the organization, including influencing capacities
• Experience in multicultural environments/ distributed teams
• Change management mindset
• Strong analytical, coordination and collaboration skills
As always, complying with all the requirements is not mandatory, someone with the right attitude and most of the requirements could be a valid candidate as well.
• Fluent in English on business / technical conversation (C1 or C2) is mandatory. Spanish language and others will be a plus.
• Availability to travel if necessary.
