Descripción: Mission:
Manage, configure and maintain the technological infrastructures that serve users. As well as technical assistance, preventive and corrective, in the areas of hardware, software and communications, ensuring quality in the provision of service to users of the organization.
To support system administrators in the implementation, configuration and maintenance of information systems and communications infrastructures, as well as in the development of new projects.

Functions:
1. Installation and configuration of the required software at each workstation, so that users can perform their functions correctly.

2. Maintain operational hardware, communications and audiovisual equipment and infrastructures that provide service to users, to ensure their availability for use..

3. Respond to users´ requests for technical service in hardware, software, communications and audiovisuals to facilitate their work.

4. Inventory management of the technological infrastructure assets, in order to manage the general asset inventory.

5. Support for System Administrators in managing the organization´s general information and communications systems infrastructure to ensure the longest uptime.

6. Support and coordination with the outsourced printing service, to ensure the proper implementation of outsourced service.

7. Support to System Administrators in the Research, development and implementation of new projects, learning projects included.

8. Set up technology and support users in internal events.

Job profile:

Degree or experience equivalent to CFGS in networked computer systems.
Knowledge in communication networks, telephony, Microsoft, Mac and Linux operating systems, communication racks, switching, computer security and audiovisual technologies.
Skills: Service-orientation, research, teamwork, social skills.
