We have 4 vacancies as a Helpdesk Technician with native or very high German and a fluent English.

You will be the perfect candidate if you have the ability to work in a team, capacity for planning and management of objectives aand empathy skills.
What you will need?
Languages:
-Native German and English conversation level.
Experience:
-More than a year of experience solving incidents in the IT environment: Microsoft Office, e-mail, printers, mobiles … any question related to workplace support.
-Experience in installation, configuration and adaptation of computer equipment
-Experience in remote customer service with remote desktop tools
-Experience in telephone service and customer service.
-Experience with Ticketing tools (preferably Service Now)
-Experience in SPOC (Single Point of Contact)
Knowledge in:
-ITIL Practitioner
-SAP
-Wi-Fi networks
What can we offer?
Good schedule, monday to friday.
From 8 am to 5 pm with one hour to rest at noon.
Salary based on experience and knowledge, gross annual salary from 21.000€ to 23.000€.
