Descripción: Reporting to the E-Design Manager, the HW Electronics Design Engineer will be part of a cross functional team based in Europe. He/She must have proven experience in the automotive sector and electronics design for automotive systems for at least 3-5 years. The candidate will oversee the design of electronics systems (hardware/software) and assure total support and management of the program within the functional area.
LOCATION: Spain (Burgos). Possible: France (Besançon) – Idioma: Inglés (nivel alto).
Other responsibilities include the following:
• Perform the tasks of the hardware life cycle: requirements analysis, design, and hardware revisions. • Follow the processes and standards defined in the company’s Development Procedure. • Achieve all the HW deliveries as define in the project timing. • Follow the DTM (design to manufacturing) best practices in the Electronics Design. • Follow the DTC (design to cost) best practices in the Electronics Design. • Follow the DTEMC (design to EMC compliance) best practices in the Electronics Design. • Electronic Components Analysis and Evaluation. • Participate in Tech Days and meetings with component suppliers. • Provide the HW documentation to the projects as define in process P-06X. • Provide direction to E-Design Lab Technicians for prototypes build.
EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering.
