Our client has created a Digital Hub, with facilities in Sant Cugat del Vallès, that will serve the entire group internationally. With present in more than 60 countries and 5 continents, so the projects are international and a unique opportunity to work with a large volume of data and campaigns.

We are looking for a Global Platform Manager:

As a Global Platform Manager, you will ensure that the Campaign team is using the Adobe Marketing Cloud tool set as optimally as possible. This may be done through tasks such as: Development and testing of script enhancements (including JavaScript), schema extensions, web (API) calls, etc.;

– Technical spec input and user acceptance testing (UAT) of software enhancements
– Creation and testing of templates workflows and activities; Creation and maintenance of technical workflows, landing pages (web applications), and HTML content
– Up-skill of platform and BI system architecture knowledge across the team – including assisting and reviewing on campaign workflow and delivery implementation
– Debugging of workflow and delivery issues, plus reporting and tracking of platform issues and bugs with IT support
– Maintenance of specific user access and setup across Atlassian and campaign intake tools
– Documentation of enhancements, templates, and technical processes

Requirements:

– 1+ years´ experience in Adobe Campaign Classic or similar marketing automation tools
– Adobe Campaign certification preferred (Architect or Developer is ideal, Business Practitioner is OK)
– Experience in other Adobe Marketing Cloud solution including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and/or Adobe Data Workbench is a plus
– Some experience coding email HTML+CSS and/or website HTML+CSS, JavaScript is preferred
– Exposure to Atlassian tools, such as Confluence, JIRA, and BitBucket is a plus Pharma knowledge (including Veeva CRM) is a plus
– 2+ years´ experience with databases and data management concepts (including relational and big data), including SQL and ETL – knowledge of web (API) calls
– Expert knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SLDC) and extensive experience translating business & technical requirements into software enhancements and automation – experience developing, testing, releasing, maintaining, and documenting technical enhancements
