* Reports directly to the Corporate EHS Director for EMEAA
* Implementation of Functional Safety Management System (FSMS) accross EMEA Countries
* Realisation of audits and ensure the compliance of FSMS
* Risks and accident analysis in an industrial environment (Seveso, Atex,…)
* Define root cause analysis and put in place improvement plans
* Ensure annual reviews and maintenance of piping and instrumentation diagrams (PandIDs)
* Initiate and manage improvement plans (CAPA) with local teams
* Manage of Suppliers and relations with notified bodies, authorities, and service providers
* Teach, train, coach, and mentor site and maintenance team
• Ensure the functional safety on production sites in EMEA|Certified Safety Engineer – Leuven – Crossroads of Pharma/Chemical/Healthcare
• Bachelor or Master Diploma in Engineering
• Certification in Functional Safety is a strong asset
• Proficient in performing Risk Assessments and Process Hazard Analyses (PHA)
• Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
• Experience in an industrial environment
• Analytic skills and good communication skills
