Job
Rapidi is looking for a Data Integration Consultant to join our implementation team to support our European and APAC customers. We want our customers to be raving fans and want to give our customers the absolute best experience and attention before, during, and after their implementation. Therefore, we are looking for an Implementation Consultant, preferably with a CRM and/or ERP background. As Data Integration Consultant, you will work closely with our customers worldwide and your colleagues in Andorra, Denmark, Spain, and North Macedonia.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Data Integration Consultant, you will:
Lead and implement Rapidi solution for our customers
Provide Rapidi solution support to end-users and partners
Engage in defining new features for Rapidi integration platform and building a product roadmap
Participate in testing activities for new releases of the Rapidi integration platform
Contribute to the pre-sales process by joining sales calls, scoping an implementation work, and conducting the Rapidi solution demo.
Data Integration Consultant reports to the Head of Customer Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS
Our data integration solution, Rapidi, mostly integrates Salesforce with ERP systems like Microsoft Dynamics and others, but it is an open platform that can integrate with many different systems. Thus, having experience within Salesforce and/or Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage for this job.
You will also need to have a good understanding of basic CRM and ERP business processes such as quote-to-cash, reporting, and customer service. Holding an ERP or CRM certification will be considered an advantage.
To sum it up, a good candidate for the job has:
At least 3 years of experience working as a Data Integration Consultant or CRM/ERP Implementation Consultant
General knowledge on the administrator level in one or more of the following systems:
Microsoft Dynamics AX, NAV, GP
Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC, FandO, Sales
Salesforce.com
Microsoft SQL Server
Good understanding of CRM and/or ERP business processes
Ability to write and understand business requirements
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
A strong technical profile with an extrovert customer mindset
Experience in working with small and or medium-scale data integration projects involving applications and databases (an advantage)
Holding an ERP or CRM certification (an advantage).
WORKING AT RAPIDI
This job is a full-time position with a fixed monthly salary based on your experience and qualifications.
You will be working from your home office, avoiding the hassle of rush hour traffic. Most of our services are delivered online, therefore you will not be expected to travel for this job.
We have customers all over the world and expect some flexibility to work outside “normal” working hours if necessary. On the other hand, we are flexible to find a good solution to your general working hours to find a good work-life balance.
Preferably, we are looking for someone located in Europe or APAC. However, please be aware that you might need to collaborate with our US customers as well.
