Required
• Business analysis, ideally with an expertise in Data and data quality
• Experience visualizing/presenting data for stakeholders (e.g. PowerBI)
• Stakeholder Management
• Ability to work across departments and consult with a variety of business owners and technical teams
• Able to learn new concepts quickly and demonstrate effective logical and lateral analytical/problem solving skills
Desirable
• Data statistics
• Experience using statistical computer languages (SQL, R, Python, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data set
• Experience working with data architecture
• Knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques (e.g. clustering, decision tree learning) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks
• Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts (e.g. regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests and proper usage) and experience with applications.

Knowledge of ETLs (SSIS or other) to program, package and deploy data corrective solutions (e.g. mass updates, deletions, creations)
• Finance, Marketing,HR, Sales andRecruitmentsystems -experiencewithdatabases

• Must speak business English
• Expertise in working with a wide range of customer, stakeholders and functional teams
• Aptitude for reacting quickly to change whilst maintaining structure and assuring quality of delivery
• An experience of working on global projects with challenging timelines
• Have a reliable and responsible attitude- with emphasis on confidentiality, data integrity, security and roll back options
• Must have excellent analytical and problem resolution skills
• Must have excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
