Bachelor´s degree (or equivalent years of experience).
• 3 years of experience as a technical expert in MS Dynamics CRM solutions, participating in CRM projects with a technical role.
• Experience in CRM processes and tools, as well as sales and marketing processes.
• Technical background but functional vision, focused on customer needs.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies or equivalent experience.
• Professional certification in agile or scrum methodologies is preferred.
• High Level of English Language, multicultural teams.
