The company growth platform for acquiring and developing wholesale power generation with long-term contracts diversified across fuel types and geographies.
We are looking for a Coupa Implementation Manager to join our team
Functions:
– Project Management of the initial implementation, configuration and post Go Live change management activities of the following Coupa Source to Contract modules: Coupa Risk Aware/ Supplier Information Management; Sourcing; Contract Lifecycle Management Standard;
– Post Go-Live end user support.
– System Administration and knowledge transfer.
– Responsible for the Coupa implementation project on time, in scope and on budget.
– Coordinate all project implementation workstreams and phases
– Act as business support for users in Coupa
– Support Coupa users and troubleshoot/triage user issues
– Oversee and maintain the optimal function of the Coupa modules
– Help Troubleshoot issues that users may have which could be data, process, Coupa configuration or integration related
Ideal Skills and Experience:
– Propensity for working with modern IT tools and systems
– Experience as the Project Implementation Manager for Coupa projects covering multiple countries rollout. Preference will be given to candidates with Project Management experience with one or more of the following Coupa modules: Risk Assess/SIM, Sourcing, CLM Standard.
– Proficiency with Coupa system implementation, configuration and administration.
– Experience working with Coupa modules:
– Coupa Risk Aware/ Supplier Information Management;
– Sourcing;
– Contract Lifecycle Management Standard;
– Project Management background.
– Understanding of Source to contract business processes, key stakeholders and decision making processes.
