As our CMO, you will evangelize our Software Supply Chain Security proposition.

The ideal candidate has proven experience creating successful demand and lead generation strategies for a B2B SaaS company, and is passionate about driving growth through a data-informed approach. The right candidate must have expert knowledge of customer segmentation, channel campaign strategy (inbound and outbound), nurturing leads and prospects through the buyer journey, and establishing and optimizing against target metrics to drive a predictable pipeline.You Will:
• Build and develop a world-class team of marketers who are creative, collaborative, and deliver results.
• Design multi-touch demand and lead generation programs that leverage both inbound and outbound tactics, including all digital strategy, nurture campaigns, retargeting, dynamic website content and account based marketing strategies
• Bring ideas to market fast with effective campaigns
• Define and implement operational metrics, KPIs, and other measurements of success that measure, optimize and continually improve efficiency and effectiveness of marketing programs, tactics, and strategy.
• Field Marketing. Develop an integrated set of programs to drive both engagement/expansion in existing accounts and net new logos in white space accounts. Identify, develop and amplify customer success stories in the region and for quarterly earnings calls. Ensure internal and external events are run smoothly and positively promote our brand.

• 10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing/demand/lLead generation|Proven experience in demand and lead generation strategies for a B2B SaaS company

Skills:
• 10+ years of progressive experience in growth marketing/demand/lLead generation
• Track record of successfully leading all facets of marketing, including demand generation, brand, creative, product marketing, content marketing, communications/PR, events insights and analytics.
• B2B SaaS demand generation expertise and being passionate about bringing inspiring, effective campaigns to market
• Demonstrated ability to bring new products to market.
• Strong knowledge of business analytics, metrics and results. Proven success in generating high-quality demand to drive business growth
• Knowledgeable of funnel metrics and how to drive consistent predictable pipeline for sales
• Fluent English
• Outstanding communication skills.
