The Business Solutions and Analytics Director will be responsible for leading the team and ensuring that their work aligns with the multinational company´s central services. They will oversee the development and execution of strategies related to digital business solutions and analytics to drive business growth and success. This role requires a strong understanding of technology, analytics, and business processes to drive business performance and growth.
Strategic Planning
* Developing and implementing strategies to improve business growth and competitiveness through the use of digital solutions and analytics.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
* Collaborating with other teams and departments to ensure alignment and coordination in achieving business objectives.
Budget Management
* Overseeing the budget for Digital Business Solutions and Analytics, including managing expenses and forecasting costs.
Stakeholder Management
* Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including internal and external clients, vendors, and partners.
Leadership
* Articulate a clear and compelling vision aligned with the global cultural tenets and strategic objectives of the company.
* Clearly define roles and responsibilities while holding members accountable for their performance.
* Develop talent and skills of individual team members
* Empower leaders and employees to make informed decisions, enabling autonomy while providing guidance and support.

A successful Business Solutions and Analytics Director should have:
• Bachelor´s Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or similar.
• +8 years´ experience in similar role
TECHNICAL and FUNCTIONAL SKILLS
* Executive presence and exceptional presentation skills
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word and comfort with large variety of online meeting tools and AV equipment
* Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
* Demonstrated history of teamwork and cross functional collaboration
* Deep understanding of digital business solutions and data analytics, as well as emerging technologies and industry trends
* Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
