Hays Services is collaborating with a global innovator and supplier of low-carbon and alternative-fuelled powertrains.
We are looking for a PLM Business Analyst who will be responsible for analysing and defining commercial and functional requirements for the implementation, improvement, and ongoing support of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM). You will work closely with end users, the selected editor, integration teams, and key stakeholders to ensure that PLM systems meet business needs and objectives.
Functions:
– Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business processes and functional requirements related to product lifecycle management.
– Analyze and document PLM system requirements, including functionalities, integrations, workflows, and success criteria.
– Facilitate workshops and working sessions to gather requirements, identify issues, and define effective solutions.
– Work closely with the editor, integration teams and system architects to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
– Contribute to define migration and transition scenarios from client PLM system to the other client one
– Participate in the configuration, customization, and testing of PLM systems to ensure alignment with business requirements.
– Provide ongoing support to end-users, including issue resolution, training, and process documentation.
– Conduct data analysis and metrics to assess the performance and effectiveness of implemented PLM systems.
– Contribute to the development of best practices and standards in the area of product lifecycle management.
Requirenments:
– Previous experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably in projects related to PLM. (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault Systèmes, 3DEXPERIENCE, or SAP PLM.)
– Deep knowledge of PLM concepts and processes.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
