From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Business Analyst
Project Duration: Stable
Work mode: Full remote. Residence and work permit in Spain is mandatory.
Location: Madrid.
Functions:
– Business Analysis and Costumer Experience design roles within technology teams focused on meeting established quality standards and industry benchmarks to ensure an exceptional user experience
– Creating detailed and thorough as-is analysis and designing to-be processes in line with architecture requirements
– Recognising business requirements, analysing user stories, and managing the backlog based on product owner prioritisation
– Understand the business requirements to refine and translate them into technical requirements
– Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills
– Engaging with project team members and stakeholders to ensure business requirements are captured and outcomes are maximised
– Ensuring timely and consistent communication to project leads and stakeholders on progress, impacts, and changes
– Knowledge and experience of implementing business analysis and change management principles, methodologies, and tools

Mandatory Skills: +3 years
* Proven experience of BA and Change Management approaches, tools, and phases of a project life cycle
* A deep knowledge of Agile methodology and principles, including the creation of user stories based on the readiness definition, and to remain up to date with new practices
* Experience with Agile Framework.
* Experience in ALM tools such as JIRA, Confluence
* Experience with Contact Centre solutions: IVRs, Voice Bots, agent desktop solutions
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English – C1
Nice to have :
* Certifications: Agile an AWS
* Understanding of Financial institutions and Banking products/processes
