Experience:
Experience as a Business Analyst or assuming Business Analysis responsibility as part of his/her role
Experience working on Agile projects and familiarity with the role of product owner
Experience working with JIRA and Confluence
Experience working on data and insight projects (e.g.: Online analytical tools, attribution models, data processing, etc.) and CRM projects, ideally Sales Force Marketing Cloud.
Experience working with internal teams, external vendors and offshore teams on large scale, global projects
Experience in the Consultancy sector in a customer facing role is a plus

The ability to understand the big picture and strategic goals, displaying organisational sensitivity

Excellent written and oral communication skills, able to clearly articulate ideas, solutions and recommendations to all levels of staff via presentations, walkthroughs and one-to-ones
Able to decompose/simplify complex ideas and present these back to the business in a way that they can understand and at a suitable level of detail
Business-focused with strong interpersonal and networking skills, being able to set up and keep solid, trusting relationships with project stakeholders (including vendors) at all levels
Quality driven and taking ownership of problems and issues and look to proactively resolve when these arise
Able to work collaboratively with project stakeholders and team members at all levels and show sound facilitation, negotiation, and influencing skills
Appetite and ability to adapt and learn, by showing strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a multicultural and multifunctional team, fostering a strong internal team mentality, while also forging strong relationships with peers and colleagues

Language Skills:
Proficiency level in English: The right candidate should have the capability to run end-users interviews, take part in meetings and write high-quality documentation in English
Knowledge of more language(s) is a plus.
