WHAT WE LOOK FOR
We are looking for a talented Technical Support Representative / Billing Specialist to join our eBSI team in Barcelona. Your main responsibility will be to provide outstanding Billing support for the most prestigious Google G Suite and Cloud Platform customers. This support will be mainly focused on troubleshooting Billing related topics / requests from both internal and external customers.
The right person for this role will have to be able to follow a logical troubleshooting path, to navigate through ambiguous Billing problems and to collect relevant information in order to provide an outstanding solution for Google top clients.
Thinking out of the box mindset, providing workarounds when solutions are not obvious, exploring alternatives in order to go above and beyond on each and every request.
Minimum requirements:
100% fluent in English (minimum C1)
European citizenship or work permit in Spain
Bachelor´s degree or experience in Billing/Finance/Accounting and Contractual Service Agreements or equivalent knowledge or experience
Ability to read and understand packet and application layer captures.
Understanding of DNS: Common record types, protocols used, recursive domain name resolution
Ability to research using internal knowledge bases and public facing documentation
Desirable skills:
Knowledge about the G Suite and/or Google Cloud Platform environment
Previous experience in a similar role
Basic coding understanding in one of the following languages: Java, Python
Basic understanding of Powershell or Bash scripting
WHAT YOU WILL GET

Full time position (39 hours / week)
Working hours: Monday – Friday 3pm – 12am (midnight)
Salary package: 30.040 € gross/year (25.000 as base salary + 3.000 as bonus + 1.540 ticket restaurant + private health insurance)
Late hours extra pay + Public Transportation Bonus
After 1 year in the project your salary will be reviewed based on your performance.
