We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with excellent communication skills who wants to continue their professional development at the largest telecommunications multinational in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

-Offer first-level technical support to clients/partners in multiple regions (Spain, Brazil, UK, Germany, LATAM) for integration, pre-production, and production environments.

-Analyze technical inquiries received through different channels.

-Resolve straightforward, recurring, or well-documented inquiries.

-Classify inquiries and escalate them to the appropriate team if they cannot be resolved.

-Collaborate in diagnosing problems across different environments.

-Develop utilities to improve problem diagnosis and client support (e.g., a tool that automatically classifies inquiries and assigns them to the appropriate person/team).

-Communicate improvement proposals to the development team to enhance the experience for our clients/partners.

-Improve platform documentation to prevent recurring inquiries.

Requirements:

-Language Skills: Proficiency in English (B2 level).

Technical Skills:

-Experience with technologies related to API exposure (RESTful, HTTP protocol, JSON, Postman).

-Familiarity with monitoring and visualization tools (Grafana, Kibana/ElasticSearch).

-Proficiency in Linux/UNIX operating systems.

-Experience in managing and using GIT code repositories.

-Ability to develop small tools using Bash, Python, JavaScript, or Java.

-Experience: Working with services deployed in production environments.

Desirable Knowledge:

Understanding of microservices architectures and inter-system communication.

Knowledge of authentication/authorization technologies (OAuth, OpenID Connect).

Salary: 28-30K
