Currently the portfolio is largely in, but not exclusive to, the commercial sector.
Under the EUROPA-CENTER brand name, our international property group has been working not only as an investor, building owner and developer, but also primarily as a portfolio manager and landlord of commercial properties for over 45 years (see www.europa-center.de).
Since 2013 we opened three subsidiary companies in Barcelona and we wish to continue our international expansion through further recruitment of key personnel.
