Account Executive: Insurance and Cruise (Temporary Position)

Manage, develop & retain the commercial relationship with insurance and cruise provider accounts; Drive commercial initiatives to increase insurance and cruise transaction volumes made by subscribers and to increase adoption rates of insurance and cruise in coordination with the commercia teams. Increase the insurance and cruise revenues through all channels.

Main responsibilities

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
– Maintain and develop insurance business with insurance and cruise providers distributed through our company.
– Negotiate renewal commercial agreements and organise bilateral account review meetings on a frequent basis.
– Coordinate with relevant departments for those accounts.
– Ensure contract compliance and timely handling of billing disputes and payments in order to maximize the revenues, reduce future disputes with accounts and ensure client satisfaction.

SUBSCRIBER AND PROVIDER SALES MANAGEMENT
– Detect, propose, negotiate and close insurance and cruise business opportunities according to sales pipeline and business plan.
– Handle pricing and contract negotiations with providers and support in the case of subscribers.
– In coordination with product management team, propose new solutions to improve customer efficiency / adoption.
– In coordination with product management team, develop, manage and implement IT Account Development Plan in order to support the iniatives and targets agreed for the specific accounts.

BUSINESS DEVELOPEMENT & ANALYSIS
– Keep track of actuals for bookings and for revenue on a monthly basis for the assigned accounts.
– Feed subscribers and providers commercial pipelines.
– Liaise with the other sales & account managers to analyse and correct deviations.
– Acquire a profound knowledge of insurance, e-retails, web services, insurance hosting, etc. to be able to suggest enhancements, engage eventually participate in the implementation of new insurance providers and others.

MARKETING
– Collaborate with insurance and cruise marketing initiatives.
– Provide support to promotions and/or other marketing activities.

SPECIAL PROJECTS
Support from the commercial side the strategic insurance or cruise initiatives yearly set.
